2) Full Snatch 10X1 (Heavy as possible)


 “The Bear Complex” 

Without stopping or dropping the bar, complete the following sequence, seven times: 5 rounds.  1 rep is all 5 movements.

  • Power Clean;
  • Front Squat;
  • Push Press (have bar land behind head, in rear-rack position);
  • Back Squat;
  • Push-Press (have bar land on chest, in front-rack position).

Increase weight after every round
