Part #1 L-sit for time off 20′ boxes. Mark your time when your feet touch the floor.

Part #2

Three rounds for time of:
115/75 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps
30 Double-unders

Scoring: You will deduct your L-Sit time from the time in Part #2 to get a final time.
