1) Front Squats: 3X2@ 75%  2×2@80%  2×1@85% 4×1@75%

2) 3 X ME Ring Dips

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
65/95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
65/95 pound Hang Power cleans, 7 reps
65/95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 9 reps
